Order of importance to recruits?

Get on field early.

Chance to be on NCH team, conference champ, broad national Tv exposure showcase your talent

Coaching Staff ability and knowledge of skilled position getting coached up to play.

Style of play compatible with their skillset.

Facilities

Ability to showcase talent to be drafted high NFL

Quality of players already on team and incoming recruiting class

Home state ties family friends.

what have i missed and in what order rank highest to lowest.

Each recruit values different things. I think all care about all of those things that you mentioned but they all prioritize them differently.

Guess i was a little too naive to forget about $$$$ and cars and girl friends, high school coaches getting hired or bribed to influence and of course handlers. need another category intangibles.

If u don't make it to the nfl u have a chance at getting a good job having played at lsu

All of those have some degree of influence that is unique to each recruit.

One important factor that is missing is the X factor: simply how comfortable the player feels at the school and with the coach.

Many a recruit has told me "I just liked it there" or "I just liked the people."

every recruit is different


That said, you need to add "girls" and "money" to the list. It's a fact that those two things are heavily used in recruiting at every SEC school. These are 18 y/o guys and schools cater to that.
