OCS's Mark Laird Shines in LSU wooden bat tourney....

10-12 in the tourney and named MVP. Was offered last week by CPM. FINALLY!!! This guy will be a superstar for the tigers. He will start as a freshman be a huge asset for the team. Class act with a 4.0. Can't ask for more than that.
Oh, and was just asked to play in the tourney for LSU after CPM watched him hit in the cage Late this past week.

He just was offered last week, doesn't say he's on the team. This is why this will be moved to the recruiting board, more than likely.

Hey guys, it doesn't matter where they put it, this guy will be the best outfielder on the team the second he walks on the field.

Just because Mainieri asked him to play for the summer wooden bat team doesn't mean he'll be on the LSU baseball team next season.
He's a recruit.

Don't worry about it. If he's not a 5 star or doesn't live on I-10 they don't care. I'm glad he finally got recognition from LSU for his talent.

Ok, Sure. Although CPM is that goofy, I doubt that will happen.
