for those that do not know how these two 2017 commits ball...

Clyde Edwards-Helaire is very similar to another underrated running back from LA, Josh Robinson. Edwards-Helaire is low to the ground and very tenacious shaking off attempted tackles, he is also like a bowling ball. Should be a top 150 player.

Sophomore year Highlights

Jontre Kirklin, he is extremely dangerous with the ball in his hands. He will be an electric playmaker in college. Reminds me a lot of Christian Kirk and will (according to 247) play receiver in college. In his highlights when he takes off he is able to maneuver around players and then use his elite speed.

Junior Season highlights

Kirklin is a Morris Claiborne Clone. Looks just like him when he was at Fair Park.

Edwards-Helaire = Barry Sanders

I've never watched his film before tonight, but that's what jumped out at me immediately. He seems to have unbelievable balance and can cut on a dime, so I can't think of anyone that he would resemble more. He seems to have a great amount of speed too. Very impressive.

It's criminal that Helaire isn't ranked in the top 5 for RBs right now.

I mean do they watch film??? Holy shite Louisiana just amazes me every year with another ridiculous running back.

Not at all. We'll take multiple rb's in this class, especially if Devin White switches to defense

I've heard it's a tight race with us and A&M at the moment. He is from Louisiana originally though.

Not impressed. He got tackled a lot. And this is high school kids. I imagine he would be tackled even more against SEC schools.

Carter is highest on LSU, Ohio State, and Georgia with A&M making it interesting by pulling in his former teammate in their 2016 class, Quartney Davis

Doesn't have Barry's shaking abilities, no one does.
