I know he has an LSU offer (among others) but haven't heard much about our chances or where he's leaning. Anyone have any information to share on him. He'd sure be an asset.

Watched him play at the dome this weekend. The other nose guard for Neville was very comparable in talent

I would imagine he and Edwin Alexander are at the top of our board for DT in 2016. We usually do pretty well with in state D-lineman so I feel good about our chances. But I'm just a dude in front of a computer.

I've also heard Glen Logan from destrehan mentioned

We know who the competition is, so be prepared. I think Lawrence has an uncle or close relative who played for LSU. Hopefully, he has the right people in his ear.

Didn't really notice any specific player, probably because I was watching Warren Easton's QB and WR the whole game when they were on offense.
But Neville's d-line was getting pressure on the QB all game.
Had to of had around 10 sacks I would think.

Maybe LSU should come to some games. It will be Bama country if LSU concedes and stays away.

His uncle is Oliver Lawrence who played at LSU in the '80's.
Rashard had multiple sacks in that game and was being double teamed all night.

So LSU didn't attend any Neville games?

You obviously werent in the dome then.

The Dome, against a 5 star they're recruiting. No other games.

I sure hope this is not correct. All N LA issues should be well in the past.

They very very rarely go see juniors play in person

Why not just be present? Take a trip when WM plays Ouachita and go to the Neville game too. 3 largest schools that supply talent, 1 night, and your presence is appreciated. Every time Miles has come to WM, he's been announced and received a standing ovation. It's not about 1 kid, but programs.

I absolutely agree with you...just stating why they haven't been this year

Ok, makes sense, but should they start?
Would seem to impress an area and show real desire for a player, especially if there is apprehension if he will be a Tiger
