I agree but UA seems to get more hype. Probably because of the ESPN factor

Talent wise there is no real difference. Sometimes one gets a few more players than the other. ESPN hypes up the UA game players for their own rating purposes.

As a kid why would you choose one over the other?

Pretty much the same . Only reason I like UA a little more is because the NBC picture is terrible to me . Always looks dark in that stadium

Last couple of times I watched it, the whole thing was pretty damn cheesy. I prefer the Army game.

The Army game is older and you play in front of the troops on national TV. The UA game has a skills competition and their practices shown on TV. Honestly with ESPN backing it, the UA game is a better week for exposure. Plus they typically get former NFL coaches to coach the game.

I personally think the Army game is better as well. I did attend the UA game that had Jarvis and Bradley Sylve though.

I like the Army game because its been around longer. A little more prestige to me.

The UA game is newer and they are doing a great job with ESPN and getting former NFL coaches and players out there working with the kids.

Both are good though. I always enjoy watching them.

Under Armor seems to be a little more flashy and new. They have better uniforms and get more exposure. I think the higher profile guys enjoy the UA game a little more, but an invite from either is a big deal.

Neither is better, it really comes down to player preference. Most of the guys playing were offered to play in both.

UA is more like 7 on 7 drills. They also seem to like to 'hip' things up with crazy uniforms and commitments and things like that.

Army AA game is more of an actual game and I like watching it because it gives me a better perspective of what the recruits will play like in college. The NBC broadcast is pretty bad though. Of they fixed the production value, the Army AA game would be hands down better IMO.
