Miles and Saban approach to UT BS

Someone on here the other day was talking about how Miles will not talk back to the DA's at UT. I posted that I think Saban will proceed the same way..let the work on the field do all the talking.
This morning, one of the best receiver in Memphis gave a verbal to UA.

So much for Saban not getting anymore of "your" guys, Thompson.

Good for you guys. I hope Saban and Meyer drain the talent from Tennessee before Kiffin even goes on a single recruiting trip.

Maybe UA is going to steal Gus M. from AU next year and run the spread..we would need little fast guys

Its so hilarious how this played out. Keiwone has been the state's leading receiver since he was a sophomore, and a day after UT locks up Memphis and the state, Saban pulls the trigger.
Kid needs to gain some weight though, but he has nice size and is very athletic.

ha, another guy to bury Kenny Bell deeper into the depth chart. 4WR this year and 1 already for '10. Good choice Kenny!! enjoy the greyshirt

The score will be run up on Tennessee quite a bit over the next few years.

Nice sign for Nicky. That only leaves about 30 more spots for his 2010 class.

A verbal? That's solid. Start printing his jersey.

First, congrats on your 2010 commitment.
Second, don't be surprise if UT will frick you, like they did to us this year, ala J. Jackson.

How dare an 18 year old chooses a school that isn't yours.

Verbals...we're already talking about 2010 verbals. Verbals this early are a joke! Just ask Janzen Jackson and your boy Massie. The only thing that matters is a signed LOI.

It's not the fact that he chose UT its the way that he went about doing it......no doubt had some definite encouragement from Kiffin on that front IMO

We'll be looking for you after the entire SEC drops 50 on Little Kiffin and he gets his arse fired OK?

ummm, he did choose our's.
You think the school is what j.j. chose? Nope, same school as last year. He didn't choose it then. Daddy's new job had everything to do with the "choice", not the school.

Janzen Jackson was a verbal to LSU pretty close to a year ago too...

Massie
Massie was never a verbal but point taken that verbals don't mean everything. However Saban doesn't lose his kids on NSD after they verbally commit very often.
