I know he is committed to lsu for baseball as a pitcher, but what are the chances he plays football too? He has been dominate all year and is slinging it against west Monroe

I talked to a coach at ASH today about him. He said they spoke with him this week and he is baseball all the way. The coach speculated this is why he is not getting any real looks for football. He also said he was clocked at 94 mph at LSU this weekend.

Behind the line of scrimmage. I believe he completed one pass over 6 yards. They would snap and throw it immediately to the sidelines. I expected him to light it up and sling it all over the place. That's not their offense though. It's controlled, no reads, throw it to a specified receiver. He went over 3K tonight and played great. Not detracting from his performance at all. Talking about the system he plays in at ASH.

According to the newspaper, he averaged around 10 yards a completion on 50 pass attempts. Nice try though.

You're not that dumb are you? You've never seemed to be that dumb before. He threw the ball behind the line and the receiver would then...run...I know, it's a crazy concept. At least 3 of his completions were speed sweeps where he pitched the ball forward. They had 3-4 long pass plays that he threw the ball 0-5 yards down field and then the WR broke loose.

That's a big jump in velocity. He was around 86-88 last season and a bit flat.

ETA: If he is in fact in the mid 90's then I understand the decision to be full-time baseball, but I always thought since he was an upper 80's Righty, he should still pursue football. Smart kid, has the size and arm to play D1 football.

We sure as hell gave Anthony Jennings a Full ride scholarship for football...... Not saying he'd ever play

Well I watched his highlights against ophs and Ruston and he was slinging it downfield a lot maybe not against west Monroe even though I still kinda think you are exaggerating your stats ha.
