Ole Miss...They have a special "no scholarship" limit exception from the NCAA as evidenced by them signing 38 guys this recruiting year.

He is supposedly going to USF because of a relative(dad?) has cancer and he wants to be closer to home. Of course he will have to sit out a year and will be closer to HS friends.
Didn't he get into trouble, or a alcohol related accident, in the summer, before his first year at Miami?
Sitting out a year would not be that bad, if he keeps his nose clean. He can mature (mentally/physically) and use his red shirt year (if necc.) to learn the offense, etc.
Plus he could play for an up in coming program that plays in the Big Least!
