I hope you plan on growing some more Mr. malcom Moore.
If your only a freshman though and continue that mean streak there is a chance!

You uploaded a video of one 1v1 vs some unknown tackle. Is this supposed to be impressive?

Shake off the haters. They aren't near as witty as they think they are.

I was thinking the same thing, but the kid, Moore, is impressive still. I didn't realize how short he was. He needs to add some serious height to become a big-time prospect though. I also would venture to believe he is older than most kids his age too as the kids that were being held back way back in elementary are hitting that age difference now in full-force.
I am excited about watching West Monroe next year. They will be very fun to watch with the amount of talent they will have.
Back to Moore, needs height and a few more lbs or he is another Ruston Tahj Samuel. I doubt he gets much taller than possibly 6'0. He could be a Lewis Neal style player by the time he graduates.
Gleason is the player that is going to be something special. Can't believe he is flying under the radar now. West Monroe's defensive line is ridiculously stacked the next two years. Possibly the best defensive line in North Louisiana in history in two years: Gleason, Hutchinson, Swanner, and Moore. Yikes.

Impossible. Moore came from Ouachita prior to his 8th grade year at West Ridge. Only West Monroe holds kids back. Everyone knows that...

Well, I guess I can't comment on the age of those kids then. That is off limits of course and politically incorrect.
I know many kids that graduated from schools in Monroe that were plenty old enough to be out of school for two years. Happens everywhere. But, yes, lets be honest here, kids do tend to hold back in the elementary in the WM area. My own nephew has an age just like your nephew Bolden and is holding back in 6th grade. He is only doing so because of his age and the talent he already has. He will be a very good player if he continues on his current path, but anything can happen.

Stop him. That's illegal and he will lose his senior year of eligibility. 5th grade is the last year you can hold back. Once you enter 6th grade, you have 7 years of eligibility.
We've actually seen a big downturn in holdbacks at West Ridge. Not sure of other schools.

Yes, 5th grade. Just spoke with my sister on it. It was one of those two grades. Says she is doing it because he has a birthday in January and will turn 19 after his senior football season is over with.
She also said that although they live in zoning for either Sterlington or Ouachita, that she is sending him to West Monroe. She said she has the choice to send him to any school in the parish before he enters high school and once he enters high school he is there, but if he leaves he can only go to the school he was zoned to originally. I don't know if that is all correct as I am just a middle man here. I just know he is very good and Bobby Breen has coached him multiple times and has let it be known to her he wants him where he is at. But, she is adamant he is going to West Monroe.
So, he is holding back in 5th grade. If he stays healthy he is going to be special. Father was all-state at Jonesboro (with Charles Scott and Bryant) and was about 6'3 190 when he graduated.

Hunter318boy it is actually entertaining to watch you try to post on the internet but I think your son might be better suited to work the computer.

I'm curious who your brother-in-law is. I am from Weston and even though he is younger than me I may know his family. Do you feel comfortable giving us his name?
Posted on 6/6/17 at 6:20 pm to Ambassador
OH, you would definitely know his name if you are from Weston. I dated a girl from there, last name Pitts, awhile back.
Everyone knows errybody out there. Played both ways. Safety and tight end along with Lewis.
He claims to have made honorable mention all-state in football and all-state in baseball. I just watched him play once against Sterlington when he was dating my sister. Very athletic, tall and big. Last good squad Jonesboro has had I believe in years.
I believe I gave it away just stating the position.

A poster with correct grammar that likes to see the mistakes you make when typing on literally every post.
The fact that you couldn't even type not only my name but the numbers in my name correctly kind of makes my point. Keep talking crap to posters on here though. It's entertaining to see you try.
