LSU w BEST NCAA recruiting class in Basketball!

A bit of Germans but WGAF? (Who Gives A Flip) Let that sink in for just a few seconds.... Venture to say this has NEVER happened in the history of LSU basketball. I was around to watch Pistol Pete do his thing at LSU and that was the ultimate for uno superstar basketball player. I enjoyed wearing #23 every year of organized basketball in my life!
Let's move on. Now.... it appears on paper that LSU will bringing in not 1 but probably 2,3,4.... superstars! WOW! Mr. Newman needs to see the light.... The Pistol Pete Maravich assembly center will be packed EVERY game in 2015-2016. Book it! Congrats to Johnny Jones - a true LSU tiger!

It's actually pretty funny that you waited till LSU was passed up by Duke in the rankings to post this.
Still love this class and with 1 more big man (Kasongo/Pap come on down) this class fills all the holes.

The most widely used metric for evaluating recruiting classes is 247's composite ranking in which LSU was just past up by Duke. It is likely to also get passed up by Kentucky. Still, a 3rd place finish would put us in very good company, talent wise.

Their 3 best recruits probably have a better average than our three. They just have a 3 star PF that drops their average.

How about we just say that LSU basketball getting dicussed in same class w Kansas, Duke, and Kentucky is pretty AWESOME! Now.... on the football field none of the 3 combined is even close to LSU! Geaux Tigers!

Totally agree. We are in great company at the top of the recruiting rankings! We are filling a lot of holes with elite talent.
