Good question. If he was within 2000 feet of any of the school property, that's an additional charge for the drugs, but just a misd. If he's within 1000 feet, that's an additional felony charge for the weapon.

Also this could not matter if they were parked at a park. Most, if not all, parks are considered drug free and weapon free zones. So additional charges could definitely be brought.

Now they are about to learn why screwing over LSU and Louisiana is a bad thing, LOL at those fricking morons!

Karma is a bitch you traitors!

I love the comments by their equally ignorant teammates. Simply classic.

He's a dumb wannabe thug. He has no other talent in life other than being a big, fat lineman who can get in people's way.

I'm sure he won't miss a game because Nicky doesn't discipline good players and will sacrifice integrity for a win any day of the week.

I never liked this douche ever since I watched those under armour Allstar interviews that Brandon Harris was conducting when he was there. He's an eragant, sloppy, f#@k up. Thank God he never showed interest in his home state's premier college football team.

Tiger bait for life b%#@h!

If I was a cop I would not search 2 LSU players sitting in a parked car in Louisiana. Now if i found 2 alambama players sitting in a car in louisiana I would search them and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Should of went to LSU
