I was just passing on what I had been told. Do you have reliable information that LSU is targeting Hemphill? While I am not an LSU insider or claim to be one, I do follow La. high school softball fairly closely as I am retired with a lot of spare time on my hands. In the conversations that I have had with knowledgeable people, LSU's name has not come up one time as a school that is interested in her while the other schools that I named have come up as schools that are interested in her. That is why I said what I said. If this is incorrect, I apologize. I would love to see a kid with the power numbers that she put up as a freshman and with her potential stay in-state and play for LSU.

I was told that Dawson received an offer from Georgia this weekend. I heard she showed out at the Atlanta Showcase tourney and that the Bulldogs were blown away by her athletic ability. Hope we can lock this one down before she takes to many out of state visits. Has anybody heard if she is an LSU commitment yet?

She is very open to leaving the state, she recently was vat LSU again, which is a good sign. I'll monitor the situation closely

Heard she may be visiting FL and Bama, any truth? From what I have seen and heard from others, hopefully this player is high on LSU's 2016 list. Her coach is Ashlee Ducote who is probably one of the top 5 players to ever play at LSU. Does the coaching staff have a good relationship with Ducote? Also heard her family were big LSU supporters and that her father has done quite a bit of work at LSU.

She wants to play in the SEC, the staff has a very good relationship with her coaches. I think she'll be at LSU.
