I know a few people were excited to see more of her. Her floor routine is a little watered down, I think she had a minor injury.

Solid floor routine. DD is going to get her stronger and clean up those landings. I don't think floor is her strong suit though (I could be mistaken).

I know this will get down votes, but in all honesty I wish we could have a football only recruiting board. Go LSU gymnastics y'all are awesome.

Because there are soooooooo many posts about tertiary sports. Posts hardly stay on the front page for a week.

It's obviously an open forum and you are welcome to post anything you like. But your comment kinda confirms that most come to the board for major sports news

Me and my Jr Olympic level 4 all round state runner up enjoyed the post, thanks.

She has olympian bar skills, needs to clean up her form still.
Can do very difficult vaults and has had some very good floor routines. Where she struggles is on beam, she definitely has gotten a lot better there but thats where she really needs to improve. Then again, the routines she does in general are much more difficult then college routines. She can really do it all though

Keep the non revenue sports posts coming. It makes me feel sophisticated, like a Stanford fan or something

I get where you're coming from, but I don't know if we can consider gymnastics a non-revenue producing sport at LSU anymore. Unlike most schools, our gymnastics team is drawing capacity crowds at the PMAC for every home meet. It's a shame that their attendance puts both basketball programs to shame. I'd be willing to bet that they're making well north of $100,000 per meet with attendance and concessions.
I know that's just a drop in the bucket compared to "the bill-payers", but at least they're not a drain on the program like some other sports.

If they represent the university I love with the letters LSU on their uniform, I want to hear about them.

All of the "Big 3" lovers are ignorant to the fact that 2 of the 3 best live sports on campus are Gymnastics and Softball. Tiger Stadium still rules but aside from that these two sports are hands down the most exciting of all others. If you haven't been you are being robbed of the best sports to watch on campus.
