This past weekend was the JO National Championships

2019 commit Kai Rivers won the all around in her division. She won a national title on vault and bars, also finished third on floor. She should would have won the beam title if it weren't for one minor mistake.

Sarah Finnegan sister Aleah Finnegan won a national title in the all around in her division. LSU is recruiting her but she is very young but Sarah Finnegan has implied that LSU is her top choice right now.

Haleigh Bryant another LSU commit class of 20 won the all around national title in her division. Winning a national title on vault and floor.

This program has elevated to the status of refilling not rebuilding. The new gymnastics facility is the best in the country. Then to to experience the incredible introduction show and the opportunity to perform before 13,000 roaring fans will make LSU the choice destination for recruits and that eleusive national title will finally rest in Baton Rouge. Once the program shows it can win the title all of those other advantages would become even bigger.

They are starting to make inroads into Texas with Jessie Jordan and McKenna Kelly. This has the dual effect of expanding their recruiting base and narrowing Oklahoma's base.

Kennedy Edney's progression will be huge. If she can challenge Maggie Nichols and Finnegan continues to evolve there is a chance. to make another run nest season. They will need to bring their A game both nights at the finals.
