he can't. he's talking out his arse. That's how you know when someone doesn't know what they're talking about on this board; they speak in absolutes.
There are no absolutes in football or recruiting.
This goes the same for people who say "he gone" for Speedy, LF, and Hootie.
I'm making a list of posters that do this. Would love to out every one of them when a decision goes the other way.
