Does anyone know anything about Andrew Mitchell from Delgado? Apparently he was a redshirt guy here last year. I don't remember his name so I assume he was a walk-on. Went 7-2 for Delgado in 12 or 13 starts as a freshman. Pretty bad ERA. But seems to be doing very well in the Northwoods league. I wonder if he's someone we go after again as an innings eater, long relief guy.

ANOTHER CATCHER?? We lose 2 infielders and we sign another catcher? CPM must not be happy with pap. I see this new guy must have had 0 offers because he wasn't signed anywhere. How are we going to keep up with vandy by signing guys who are barely recruited?

Not sure, but he thought his playing days were over and was prepared to be a regular LSU student.

Am I the only 1 bothered by our 2nd most experienced hitter returning transferring because of a lack of confidence?

I'm not concerned by it. He had some moments but he struggled late and he's struggling currently.
I think there is better incoming talent any ways.. on top of that we have several juco transfer hitters as well that may even take up the dh spot.
