I know his offer sheet is weak.
That's not terrible for a 2014 kid. Hell, he just got finished with his Jr. year. Scout has them as the #5 QB and 24/7 has him as their #3 dual threat QB. Besides ULL and West. Ky, those are all BCS schools.
His stats are pretty impressive. In 2012 he had 2072 passing yards with 22 passing TDs and 7 ints and ran for 1455 yards with 18 rushing TDs. In 2011 he passed for 1473 yards with 7 TDs and ran for 1570 yards with 22 rushing TDs.
Also has good size if his measurements are close on the sites 6-3/6-4, 210lbs.
Not sure what kind of competition he has faced yet, but looks like an impressive recruit.
