Cam Cameron's developed one QB thats played in the NFL. I just don't get your argument at this point.

So Cam in two years has developed an NFL starting caliber QB to Malzhan's 1 in 9 years, right?

Yep not sure what happened but a lot of Auburn fans on the various message boards are losing confidence

Several clues seem to point in LSU's favor

Yeah, he's gone. Auburn put the hard sell on him. He sees himself in their system.

Shea was on Sports Today earlier and said as much. He's a War Eagle.

I still don't understand why people thought he was coming here when Auburn was the other suitor. It's just like when Torrance Gibson chose OSU.

I was duped before thinking the athlete may want to improve himself as pro QB instead of playing in a spread option attack full of QBs already.

But like I said two weeks ago, whether we get Lowell are not, I want Keytaon Thompson.

Oh boy! LSU really got Auburn there. What is your point? You come off extremely passive aggressive in this discussion. You don't want to shite on Narcisse for picking AU. But you want to take shots at Malzahn for running a "gimmick" offense.

I get the argument against our offense for QBs looking to make it to the next level, but not from LSU fans.

he was at tulsa for some of that time. And his first couple years at auburn it doesn't matter what he would have done, the kids playing QB weren't making the NFL. Chris Todd had a noodle arm. Let's see how this season plays out with Jeremy Johnson and come back to this question. I mean hell he made a CB a respectable QB in the SEC. and if you want to all he did was run then take another look. Passed for 202 yards against us and 2 TDS. And 456 against almighty Alabama and 3 TDS. something we didn't come close too.

Hard to imagine a kid after seeing our QB play last year wanting to come. But hey i've been told multiple times in this thread the kid is an anthony Jennings clone, so he shouldn't have to worry about the NFL.

When LSU hasn't done a wonderful job under the guidance of Cameron.

The Tigers have played two seasons on his watch so far. One season with an experienced led group, the other with a bunch of wet behind the ears players at the skill set positions but I guess that means little to you, right?

Can't blame in for going to Auburn, probably doesn't want to sit behind Franks for three years.

Auburn took a CB and made him into a CFB QB threat. I just dont see the point of shitting on Malzahn. Especially when it comes to offensive production. What exactly is your point?

To be fair, Jennings' tape was good too and this board said the same thing about him when he picked LSU over Oregon

Can we revisit the comment made about LSU doing "A LOT" for this kid after his injury? What exactly did that entail? Because apparently Auburn did "MORE". Wasn't this from the Robert Miller poster? AKA Lowell himself possibly?

This is foolishness. I watched his highlight tape, and this guy can hum a football. He's nothing like RS. I promose you this guy will play in the NFL if he keeps it together and doesn't get injured.

And what did that get Nick Marshall in return in terms of continuing his career at the next level? Nothing. He was asked by NFL coaches & scouts to move back to CB but yeah, Malzahn does an outstanding job of preparing his QBs for the next level.

I just dont see the point of shitting on Malzahn.

In terms of preparation for the NFL, you damn right I'm shitting on him. So are numerous NFL coaches & executives. Just because I believe it doesn’t thoroughly prepare offensive players for the NFL, doesn’t mean it isn't effective on the college level. People like you don't understand how to separate both of those concepts.

Again, I never said it wasn't productive on the collegiate level. Get that through your hard arse head. The spread isn't an offensive system that teaches, prepares & develops for the next level. I posted several quotes & articles in a thread last night & instead of discussing, you bowed out like a bitch. You have no clue as to the ends & outs of either a pro style or a spread yet you want to masquerade around from board to board like an analyst but you don't know shite.

I don't think Miles was recruiting him to play QB. This has Russell Shepard written all over it. Malzahn will utilize his skills, but he will not play QB in the NFL
