While Louisiana may not supply the most FBS rosters per capita, the state is HEADS AND HEELS
the best at producing blue chip talent per capita.
Please remember this is per capita
It's not saying the top recruits and best talents are always found in Louisiana. It simply states that you have the highest probability of finding such a talent when population is factored.
We know that Texas, California, and Florida always have elite talent coming from their states. This is without a doubt true, but the publication really puts it into perspective: you should expect them to do so when they claim 3 of the 4 most populated states in the country.
Surprisingly, California (37Mill) is at or below the national norm in both categories. Also, Louisiana is the only state scoring 2x the national norm in both categories.
TL;DR Parenting in Louisiana: you are doing it right.
