And Ugo as well I would suspect. Also probably Leo Lewis.

But leo talks about how he would love to be coached under chief and be apart of his defense

This is never a reason to fight to keep a coach. Whatever coaches that get brought in have their own connections as well.

Dammit. I hope Mack doesn't go back to A&M.

I don't see how you can just leave a school because one coach is gone. I hope he at least considers us once we make a new hire

Peace out. Maybe they can follow Chief to College Station and not get developed.

Nah, the Tennessee guys were Austin Thomas's work. Make the right hire and they'll still come. Thing is you have to make it quick.

At least now we don't have worry about Myles Garrett rushing the passer.

How soon we get a hire will determine how good we close this class

Make it within 36 hours and I doubt we lose anyone.

Yep, if we can get a little luck and hit the right guy at the right time and fast enough it will be a well recognized hire and have little or no impact.

But make no mistake:
A) I hope to hell Alleva/Miles were on the ball and ahead of this with at least making interest calls. I don't have a lot of faith in that based on Miles' reaction.

B) Just like Grimes, Chavis (and Brick?) will soon be calling recruits and telling them what new and great things are about to happen at TAMU. Frank and Co. need to be out in front of that. But until a hire is made, their hands are somewhat tied.

I think we still have a shot at Dylan Jackson. I'm not confident in keeping Amadi.
