IF LSU signs Upchurch, and 3 or all of these (Blacknall, Dupre, Quinn, Noil), that is clearly an A+ at the position and have to believe by far the best WR in LSU history.

Bowe, Davis, Hill

Edited, Hawkins was a year later. Hawkins, Doucet, and Carter a year later. That's ridiculous back to back WR classes.

I just looked up that class and was about to you about Hawkins who of course as we know also never played at LSU (to be fair to you, we are talking signed). Anthony Hill, I barely remember him, because he stayed at LSU 1 year I think.

Anyway, using Rivals FWIW on WRers only, Dupre 7th, Noil 10th, Quinn 14th, Blacknall 15th, Upchurch 90th (a total joke I might add). Hill 8th, Davis 12th, Bowe 21st and only 3 signed where LSU clearly is going to sign at least 4. On Upchurch, some are hoping him to be an A Bolden type. Who he reminds me of is J Blackmon who was rated exactly the same 5.6 and 3* by Rivals and had few offers (Okie State, Colorado, Missouri, N Iowa). Neither is a speed demon but they just catch passes and move the ball down the field.

, I was actually shocked that Rivers is still at LSU. 2012 - 2nd team QB 2013 - hard to believe he will be higher than 3rd team QB with Jennings moving ahead of him and IMO will not be redshirted.

Rivers is the #2 qb. he already git pt when mett got hurt. wtf would he transfer? he is one play away from playing/ being the starter

Good ole Amp Hill....I was his councelor in this Summer program his freshman year (03). He never cared about school and would tell you that. The only thing he worried about was going to the NFL. Once he got injured his career was done.

I hope the call is because she is glad he is staying in State. I wonder what the significance of Brandon's grandmother making the call is.

Miles is good with the Grammaws?

I am fairly certain he meant to say this would be LSU's best WR corps, he just left out the word "group" or "corps"

IMO...in Jim Kleinpeter's opinion....in James Smith's opinion on NOLA.com as they stated, many people expect Jennings will pass Rivers up as the backup QB by about the 5th game of the season. Just watch. The ONLY reason Rivers got very tiny playing time last year is LSU had no once else. Randall? Hardly and is now gone. Bolden? RS and hurt right? Who else could go in last year? Spencer Ware would probably be the guy to go in since he played HS QB his SR year and ran some wildcat.

Yep, and mothers too. If it was up to L Collins mother, Landon Collins would be at LSU...obviously that would also send Willis to LSU.
