Just want the people on here, even the one that called me stupid... to know that it was nothing personal against LSU. As you said, he was very disappointed to have to decommit. Him having the character and integrity that he has, made a very tough and unselfish decision for his family.

There's a lot more that comes into play with many of these recruits, as I'm sure you know.
Mississippi schools seem to have become a popular choice for some to use as leverage. There are some recent examples of this.
It appears that LSU has developed a pretty reliable system to avoid this with the in state guys at least. Obviously, there's nothing foolproof, but IMO, Mainieri and staff have been implenting an effective system.
Not always fair to every kid, but effective nonetheless.
