We actually do compete with (2) of these teams this year. What in recruiting? Lol get the frick out of here. Look even if this season is underwhelming, one season will not hurt us in the long run. We do desperately need some OL though. We don't need 5 that can play early but we need at least 2 tackles who can. We are fine at gaurd. Only OL leaving should be Malone, I don't think the others leave. We do need OTs in the worst way though.

Other than that LSU could take a top 15 to 10 class and roll on easily. My god you people are nuts man. Bama has no one lol. Freak out for Bama. We at least have some good talent and numbers committed.

We have a season left to play, now if the season goes down the shitter you can start to worry until then go be a paranoid schizo somewhere else PLEASE!

Who TF does this kid think he is?

And why is he signing this and putting his number on it? Kid thinks he's a damn celebrity.

Douche!!!

I thought it was Kelvin Joseph.

Would have it been so hard to put first name also.

Possibly. Possibly, he wasn't a prime target and he wasn't getting "the love" that he felt he needed. Possibly he saw who is currently on the roster and the other DBs we are recruiting and realized he would get buried on the depth chart. Happened to Savion Smith. Maybe he just wants to enjoy the process.

In the end we really don't know.

Not too concerned with losing a safety. We have signed 2 of the top safeties in 2016 and three in 2017.

It's just a boring platitude that these kids employ now.

Must be a celebrity. You're reading about him and commenting about him and know who he is. Sounds like one to me.

We're not going to be hurting for DB's of any kind for literally years down the road. Joseph is out and another blue Chip stud of a player will take his slot. If I looked at LSU's depth chart and also just saw a guy in Savion Smith who was ranked as a consensus top 5 safety transfer out over playing time....I'd probably look elsewhere too. Delpit and Monroe are the next in line to man those 2 safety spots for the next couple years. Stevens just switched to wideout because he's too talented to not get playing time, but also because the guys in front of him are that good and are freshmen. I'd rather not have guys who are afraid of the competition and either transfer out or decommit because they aren't just going to start day 1. That's what this is. This kid probably saw that it would be a couple years before he saw significant playing time and folded, to that type of man I say good riddance.

People keep saying this when this class is very underwhelming, and that's the truth no matter how you want to spin it. O was supposed to be this elite recruiter, he needs to go out and recruit elite athletes, not sleepers. Yeah, it's August and we don't know how this class will end up, but it isn't looking like a top 10 finish. Let this happen a few years in a row, and see how mediocre the product on the field becomes. We want LSU to be back to an elite level, we need elite depth.
