First of all I gotta say I'm impressed with Scout's basketball recruiting coverage of LSU.

In this article Smart talks about him recruiting Naz Reid and Josh Leblanc from the 2018 class.

Smart also talks about his friendship with Kelvin Joseph and how they have bonded even more over going to the same school and being committed to LSU.

My confidence in maintaining Joseph in football is at an all time high.

Joseph isn't going anywhere. Signing Smart and Naz Reid would be so dirty. Wade IS NOT PLAYING GAMES. Dude overhauled our roster in a matter of months and is gonna have us tournament ready in year two

Hell I think we'll make the tournament in year 1 at this pace. I know, I Know, my expectations are tempered.....,........but I think he's gonna pull it off

You can turn around a basketball program overnight really. Look at TCU...they went from absolute garbage to narrowly missing big dance...but they won the NIT. This LSU team will definitely have a good shot at a tourney spot.

Funny how that happens when you get rid of Trent Johnson.
