I've learned to trust the staff when it comes to camp offers... Been pretty successful with them in the past.

They actually get to coach the kids at the camp and see how they handle criticism, adjustments, pressure, etc against quality talent as well.

So I'm all for it.

With the OC, the HC, and OL Coach all agreeing while watching him live in camp, ya' gotta' figure they aren't all three wrong...offering first, before the other two, is smart if they are absolutely sure...jmho

Very athletic-looking for 285 pounds. Huge frame, though.

"So this guy appears to be way beneath the radar. Must've really impressed at camp"

In looking at the film, he fits the mold Grimes has been going for: Big and mean. Stays with his block until his man is down and stays down. Mean with a motor. Grimes wants his o-line to have the reputation of being mean and tireless. Looks like he's building it. Go Tigers.

These coaches have put several 3 star "under-rated" players in the NFL whose careers have blossomed Don't question THE HAT

for an OL, who gives a frick?? he ain't running 40 yards down the field anyway.... if he's quick off the line, that's all that matters....

The guy could be the next Jerald Hawkins for all we know. The staff did a great job with that evaluation, gotta trust em with this one.
