Baldwin County 2016 offensive tackle Jakori Savage committed to LSU on Tuesday after attending a camp in Baton Rouge earlier in the day.

Apparently has only played football for a year. Looks like a project with a potential high ceiling. He's definitely built like Grimes wants his OT. Several reporters in Alabama have stated they really like him and he's rising rankings wise as more people see him.

ETA - Mark me down for wanting an LSU jersey with "Savage" across the back

That's an official laser timed 40. For a guy that size its not that bad. About average for OL I would think.

Could be footwork, technique, shuttle, etc. 40's are cool, but it's all about initial explosion for olinemen. How fast and strong can you fire off the ball, how's your pass blocking footwork, can you pull, etc.
