Apparently some people really need to go back and catch some Hill highlights.

Trent Richardson> LF

he's better than those other 2, by a nice margin

yep. There is no way in hell Hill runs "much stiffer" than Fournette

in fact there isnt much difference between the 2 coming out of high school.

Fournette has been a 3 year hype machine (tho deservedly so). Those players tend to get more love. Hence people saying "hes a once in a lifetime player".

Hes talking about my comment that Fournette is faster than Hill, which he is.

I was referring to both.

Hill completely burnt SEC defenses every time he had a seam.

I'm not saying anything bad against Hill hes an extremely talented RB, but hes a 4.55-4.60 40 back, while Fournette has been said to run 4.4. Just sayin.

Reporter: Should we believe the hype?
Boobie Miles: What hype?
Reporter: The hype about Boobie Miles.
Boobie Miles: Now hype is something that's not for real. I'm all real.

I've seen him play 3 times (all his junior year). He looks like Terrell Davis 2.0

Fournette plays against tougher competition and didn't have Collins to run behind.

There haven't been a whole lot of 3 year hype machines that have panned out the way he projects too, though. Guys like Randall Mackey, DJ Banks, Chaz Washington, etc. got tons of pub early on in their careers but never became elite prospects. Fournette keeps getting more and more impressive.

competition is no different really between 3a and 4a.

Fournette ran behind 2 guys that are at LSU now.

Im not taking about this shitty players. Im talking on a national level more so.

Kenny Hilliard would be a good example, had he had a SR year like he did as a JR (2500 yards 32 TDS) he probably would have been a 5star top 3 RB in the nation. Instead he was hurt and ran for 1800 yards. Do you remember the hype Hilliard had coming up the ranks?

Im not trying to slight LF, he is awesome

Jeremy Hill for instance ran for 2,200 yards as a SR with 36 TDS

those 3 RBS are really not any better than the others. Evaluate them for what they are. Dont get too caught up in the rankings or the hype.

When he was a freshman maybe.

Yeah, but Hilliard is what he is. He's not as dynamic, and he even shies away from contact too often for a big back.

Hill is great. He actually looks a lot faster at LSU than he did in HS (I assume that he's just more dedicated), but LF looks to have more open field moves and shiftiness. Other than that, there's not a whole lot different between those two.

Hilliard may not play a whole lot next year unless he lines up at FB in certain packages, which I would like to see.

I don't know why you responded to him. There is no way anyone can look at LF run in those highlights and not see that he is much more elusive and explosive than Jeremy Hill was at Redemptorist. Kid made AD type cuts.

I've mostly referred to Hill's freshman year. I've said from the get go that I think Fournette is slightly more fast twitch, but Hill is elite in that regard.

I don't remember Hill much as a recruit, but I can watch it now and still say they're pretty similar. More of a potentially better Chris Wells than an AD. And Chris Wells was once considered a can't miss top 3 recruit and a 1st round draft pick.

AD's in a world of his own.

Hyperbole aside, he's a once every five years RB. He's not as talented as Barry Sanders, but he looks like the very next echelon. If he gets bigger and stronger, and maintains that speed, he'll be Barry Sanders/Bo Jackson quality. But you just don't know yet.

I would have a hard time staying motivated with this many people drooling and fapping over my skills and granting me God-like status. He's not the GOAT yet, folks, so let's not jump to too many conclusions.

ETA: Not directed at anyone in particular.
