I'm starting to sense LSU's class is going to close really strong

The thing is, This class still doesnt have to finish out strong if everyone gets in.
It already is one of Miles best. look at 2009. Those are guys all leaving with a year left if they red shirted.
This class will rival that one.

Already is pretty strong.... We get Willis and Nkemdiche, we finish even stronger.

I disagree. It reminds me more of 2010. 2010 had a bunch of guys who were really highly ranked but no superstars. 2009 had multiple top 25 players. Not all of them panned out, but I think it will be hard to see another class like the 2009 one.

Im talking about more in number and how strong it is from top to bottom.
this one will prob rank, as far as services go, between the 09 and 10 class.
The 10 class also had lee and blackmon, blackmon never made it to campus and lee went mlb. Also a slew of transfers in the 10 class.
2009 had an amazing dline haul and hopefully these new guys can play.
2009
Brockers, Logan, Montgomery, Mingo, Downs.

I agree completely. I can see this class being better. The biggest games are won in the trenches.
This OL and DL class is huge, with lots of potential. Boutte, Pocic, Dodd, Malone, and Fanaika
Then on DL we have Gilmore, Bain, Lacouture, Lawson, Herron, Neal, Patterson, and potentially a few more.
Great secondary players with HUGE upside. Two potentially badass linebackers with versatility and athletic ability to play multiple positions.
Two TE's, one who's an amazing receiver, an another who can block in the second level with ease(big deal), solid hands too.
Sprinkle on 2 really good QB prospects and some legit big body offensive threats and you get one badass class, maybe best so far.

were not getting them, in all likelihood we get no one. every year we get our hopes up that Miles can close on a few big names late and he never does. in fact he usually loses people.
to be honest its hard for me to get up for this class at all. when I see 4 stars, i see kids who could be great but need coaching, and we only have 2 coaches on the entire staff that have proven themselves competent (chief and haley). to everyone not playing DL or LB, um, good luck, and I apologize. you're signing up for years of sacrifice and pain to serve the school we all love and its an honor to have you as Tigers. you deserve better coaching than youre gonna get. its not fair, its not right, the problems are obvious and should be fixed but they wont be. they wont even try. and Im sorry about that. you deserve better.
