Currently on the DLine, Ole Miss has Channing Ward (one of the top DEs in the country coming out of high school in the 2011 season), CJ Johnson (8 TFL and 6.5 sacks at DE in 2012) and Issac Gross (True freshman last year, 10 TFL, 2.5 sacks at DT in 2012). How many guys are they going to double team? That doesn't count our freshman All American linebacker (RN's brother Denzel) who loves to blitz.

Holy shite. You might have the worst D in the SEC. What are you talking about

LSU's chance is to get him on campus and then remind him that the biggest game they will play all year will be against Mississippi State.

He very well may be ok with that. And, if he is, then it is the right place for him. On the other hand, he very well may realize that he unfortunately is just too big for Ole Miss. And, if he does realize that, then LSU has a good shot.

Reading between the lines, I don't think anyone really believes he is going anywhere but Ole Miss.

Yes, I recall hearing about Ward out of HS, but still didn't hear anything about him last year. I know it's safe to say that Montgomery & Mingo (even Logan) were household names and points of focus within the SEC. My apologies, but I really didn't hear too much about Denzel Nkemdiche until the recruiting with RN got so heavy. Basically, RN will get more publicity at LSU with a chance to be the face leading a perennial defensive powerhouse...or, he can just play with his little bro at Ole Miss. Are you following me on this one?

This...

But actually the biggest game OM could play every year is LSU turning out where we stand during those last couple of games. In any case...

When all is said and done, RN will be coming to LSU...

During November every other year wearing blue.

So the title saying he will commit to ole miss is the pre-preface? Your contradict yourself in your first 2 sentences.

The whole point of my post was to explain why RN is even considering Ole Miss. If you read the front half of this thread, many of our outstanding fans cannot fathom why he is considering Ole Miss and how they could have equal chance to land him. My post was a rebuttal to the concept of RN being delusional to even consider Ole Miss.

As far as evidence about Freeze and his staff, I prefer to let it come out in the wash rather than expose what I have observed. Too much risk, and not enough reward.

I do feel he will be at Ole Miss, but the fact that our staff has reached out to his mom gives me more hope than I used to have.
