I would love to see some DL commits soon

Looking at who we have committed so far and not to see any DL or DT worries me a bit.
I hope the Valentine is legit and comes in there and provides some much need depth in the rotation. I wish the rats who held him up would come out. That dirty shite right there.

If we can get a good line coach the 3 stars will play as good as what we have been putting out.
Teams across the country are doing it.
Developing them makes a huge difference.

I've also noted that this class is notably thin on DL recruits. I wonder if the staff is perhaps confident that all those DL underclassmen that didn't contribute this year will be ready to go next season. If so, that might mean that they haven't put a priority on DL for this year's class. Thoughts?

Agreed. Huge concern even with Ed Alexander likely coming next year.

true, if this class stagnates at 18 then why not offer a few 3 star DL and OL prospects and redshirt them. Moffitize them for a few years, then bring them out for their 4th and 5th years. Sometimes those 3 star seniors are better for college than a 3 year 5 star who leaves after his junior year.
