Mary Lou Retton was the first US gymnast to win the all around gold medal (1984 Olympics). Probably the most famous female gymnast in the history of the US.

Not sure. Also no clue as to her talent level. I'm just hoping she's more Peyton Manning and less Josh Maravich.

Shannon is a dude. He play QB at Texas and is a coach at Houston Baptist now.

Thanks for posting. The youngest Pimpette is an eleven year old level 5 dynamo with dreams of following in their footsteps. She worships the LSU gymnastics team, and our family attends regularly.
