I read the below article about Hammink who seems to be progressing well. Sounds like Coleman, Morgan, and Hammink will all get big minutes this season. Anyone have an idea of what the projected starting lineup will be?

PG- Hickey (Lock)
SG- Carmouche/Morgan
SF- Hammink/Morgan
PF- Coleman/Courtney/Ludwig
PF- JOB III (Lock)

I'm more interested to see how Hammink plays out of everyone this year. Would be great to have a Manu type player out there.

Ludwig gets 6 man minutes if he doesnt start but too experienced not to. Morgan eventually takes the starting spot IMO, but yet Im not sure how Jones coaches. And where the hell is string at? Stringer should get very big minuted. I would also give Coleman the start at 3 over Hammink earlier in the season if not the whole season.

Hickey camourche
Stringer morgan
Coleman Hammink Morgan
Ludwig Courtney Coleman
Obryant Ludwig

Hickey and Stringer will not be on the floor at the same time much once Conference season rolls around. Hickey is a great opportunistic defender and does a good job on ball but with the size of SEC SGs you will see carmouche playing point and guarding the SG for the second team while stringer plays the SG offensively.

Carmouche is not a PG and he will be starting at the 2.

Depth Chart looks more like this (imo):

Hickey, Collins
Carmouche, Stringer, Morgan
Coleman, Hammink
Ludwig, Courtney
O'Byrant, Del Piero

Of course, Coleman and Hammink will likely slide down to play some 4 while Courtney and Ludwig will slide down to play some 5.

Completely forgot about Collins. Any word on how he looks?

Gonna look like this...

Hickey (28) - Collins (12)
Morgan (20) - Carmouche (4) - Stringer (14) - Collins - (2)
Coleman (16) - Carmouche (18) - Hammink (6)
Ludwig (19) - Courtney (15) - Coleman (6)
JOB (30) - Ludwig (5) - Del Piero (5)

Total Minutes:
JOB 30
Hickey 28
Ludwig 24
Coleman 22
Carmouche 22
Morgan 20
Courtney 15
Stringer 14
Collins 14
Hammink 6
Del Piero 5

Going to bring Hammink along slowly is what I am hearing. Morgan and Collins are not going to be thrown in minutes wise. This will obviously change as season goes on but he will lean on his vets for sure early on.

I can agree with this, but I think Stringer will get more time than Morgan (at least initially).

Not to sound like broken record, but Odoh will not play this season even though he is slated to start school in the spring. Correct?

Correct, he will not be playing until next season.

I wouldn't expect M. Morgan to start.

I see his minutes being pretty limited this year.

Carmouche is definitely the starting 2

He didn't transfer from Memphis to here to sit on the bench when he started there.

I've seen from a couple very reliable sources that he'll be starting... Just why I threw it in there.

Exactly. I highly doubt he'll be on the bench when they play in the PMAC on Nov. 9th.

I have heard Carmouche is not looking to great and don't expect him to start. Have also heard good things about Collins, but he will not be supplanting Hickey but gives a better back up option than we have seen at LSU in recent years and will not force Jones to play Stringer at the 1.
