I'm not sure how legit, I just know we have stayed in contact. The coach he really likes is the interim guy right now. If he leaves, it's open season.

They are in different classes
Haskins is c/o of 16
Narcisse is 17
With that fact in mind.....

I really like Narcisse. Train him like a pro-QB, use him as a read-option QB (natural running talent). Will that be part of LSU's repertoire? hasn't been so far; no idea about the future.

But to the main question- Haskins is a no brainer. There MIGHT be a possibility with Patterson if they are planning on offering his brother a position, again. We do need a QB coach, Cam is likely gone and he considers himself the QB coach... which is why the effort to keep bro Patterson wasn't made.

As others pointed out Maryland is about to be undergoing major changes. So barring a set plan mentioned above, we have a better shot at Haskins. I think he should be plan A and interest felt out before bringing on the Patterson clan; because you get the father and mother in the mix with the Pattersons.

I have always liked Haskins. He could be great under the right OC and QBs coach.

Haskins is the better Qb and Narcisse is the better athlete. Narcisse will need more time to develop.
