Sampson?

Sounds like the word of late is Sampson is beginning to buy in and Wade is starting to get a little excited about him.

Not Sampson.

Think paintballs.

Naz Reid is ideal for the college game. Would have an immediate impact. But much like Wisconsin's Nigel hayes, whom I compare him to, he isn't so fast that the pro's ill be stealing him after one year. Very high floor type

If we land smart, naz, archie, leblanc, and days it will be just as big if not better than our Ben Simmons class IMO. Add that to what Wade has already done and we will be winning sec titles and then who knows really soon

Hate to see this happening. Thought Sims showed a lot of promise at times last year. Seems he could develop into a productive contributor. He had some nice offensive games and hit the boards hard sometimes. He lacked consistency which was typical for a freshman. Seems he could have played a similar role to Jermaine Williams back in the Brady era.

Not tall enough, not athletic enough and Wade hates his game.

I doubt he runs him off this summer - but that's by no means guaranteed. But they're going to find him another place to play by this time next year; that you can pretty much hang your hat on. He's not going to pass on Josh LeBlanc or Darius Days or Kaden Archie to keep Sims around.

My bad, I meant Reid, Smart, LeBlanc, long day. But that should make for the #1 class if it happens

A class with those three would be top 10 for sure but I'm not sure it would be close to #1 and definitely not highest in the SEC. Kentucky is shaking up to have arguably the greatest class of all-time in 2018. They're projected to get ALL THREE of the top 3 prospects in the country according to 247sports and two of these three prospects (Marvin Bagley and Bol Bol) have been identified as two of the best in the past 10 years. They're also projected to get #2 prospect and Youtube sensation Zion Williamson, #2 PG Immanuel Quickley, Top 10 SF Khavon Moore, and they're still in the running for top 10 center Moses Brown.

He's got to pray about it with his family first.

This entire thread got me so jacked for LSU basketball. I want us to be good again so bad. Having a good/competitive basketball team is so entertaining.
