I am starting to hate this class. It's so special and rare I am starting to think it's really a once and a lifetime class.

I believe he's referencing a comparison to former LSU great QB Tommy Hodson

I thought it could never top 2014 when all the big names were in play still.
The problem that year is that LSU fans had all the top guys pegged as tigers and then it was like a punch to the stomach when Cam chose Bama, and then 2 for 5 hit. I'm still frightened thinking about the reaction if Fournette chose elsewhere. This cycle, guys like Smith and possibly Manuel are coming out of nowhere.

Tom Hodson was 1st Team All SEC QB 4 years at LSU! If this guy is 1st Team All SEC QB 4 years LSU will be ok!!

Franks is NOTHING like Hodson, who was a noodle-armed gamer. Hodson had to get a running start to throw it 60 yards. Franks has a canon.

Yep, he was an excellent college QB who's weakness was his arm strength. Again, he is as different from Franks as an LSU QB can be.

Comparing Franks to Hodson at this point and giving Franks the edge is down right retarded. I hope franks lives up to Hodson's standards though

When you have the touch and accuracy that Hodson did you don't need a cannon arm.
