Just at a glance, this class looks pretty thin. I think we might be in for some heavy out-of-state recruiting next year.

Out of that top 15, I only see 12-13 that will get one.

Don't think Blanchard will get one, especially if Hill and Bourque remain in this upcoming class. Perkins is a better HB I think based on film, but he will likely be a CB in the class.

Pretty sure we won't take 3 TEs in this class, so I think it comes down to who gets the 2nd one between Dobbard and Skinner.

And I haven't seen Raheem Falkins so I don't know how worthy of an offer he is

Looks like our number one recruit will be another tough get.

Except this one would be a lot easier to let go

We'll see...I have a feeling we'll have to wait this one out

Also, where's Josh Thomas and Shelby Christy?

edit: Thomas is on there...my bad

I meant it won't be as big of a pill to swallow if Jefferson went OOS as compared to if Landon Collins went to Bama. Collins is one of the best the state has seen, while Jefferson is talented but nothing compared to Collins.

Thomas is 17th and Christy will have to be a camp riser due to the offense he is in

Donald Gage, ATH from Redemptorist High School isn't on the list yet. Any thoughts on him?

Solid list and about right as far as rankings at this point. Some guys could flip around.I like Desean Smith and Diarse as 1 and 2.Actually like Ronald Lewis more than Jefferson but it's a tossup.
I think Perkins is a S at LSU.All depends if he wants to play rb or defense.
One glaring ommission that will be on there by the next update is Melvin Jones.I keep forgetting what school he goes to but Washington Marion keeps popping in my head.He plays QB for them and their season turned when that move was made.6'4 245 with plus speed and athleticism. Will be an offer for us .Once his film hits the masses he will rise quickly.

the lack of linemen on that list is alarming.

I'm sure some guys will pop up eventually

Agree about the lines especially the DL.OL has 2 guys on the list with Santa-Maria and Thomas, both of whom have great size.Thomas is a guy that got a verbal offer from Texas and Stacey Searels this summer so he's got some talent.Another guy possible is Karl Malone.I haven't seen him at all but I have asked around to some Bama guys and they say he is really talented but raw.He got offered by Bama this summer.Problem is that our staff needs to get on those 2 if they want them.Thomas is a Shreveport kid and Texas is pretty big up there.Bama is already on Malone and I've heard nothing associating him with LSU.All will be fine with them if we want them but we need to get on them if we want them.

I guess you don't like spacing after periods

Ronald Lewis is a most get, dude is dynamic, reminds me of the offensive version of Tyrann Mathieu.

He is extremely explosive. This should be another solid top 7 class

I agree. We've made our living off some great defensive linemen through the years, so the lack of defensive linemen in the 2012 and 2013 classes bothers me a bit. I know these things run in cycles, and we get good ones from out of state also, but I hope we see some LA defensive linemen emerge.

There's another guy that really intrigues me, a WR from Alexandria Senior High. I think his name is Shaan Washington. Goes about 6-3, 190, has about a 40-inch vertical leap and was putting up sick numbers catching the ball earlier this season. He also plays hoops pretty well. Anyone know anything about him or watched him play?
