It's hard to get two top 100 guys to stay at QB in 1 class. It just doesn't make sense.

Honestly think everyone here would rather Patterson to Franks. Nothing against Franks, he is a solid prospect, but Shea has been the one that we all wanted.
I really don't see anyone coming on her to complain about this. Franks and his party are probably upset because LSU went out and got a better prospect, but from a fans perspective, LSU has done the right thing.

I wouldn't freak out. I'm not sure how many QB's we're taking in 2016. Malik Henry is at the top our QB board.
Now y'all can let us have Drake Davis and we'll make sure Franks signs with LSU. Deal?

He will definitely decommit sometime during this process. Book it. Hope he recommits to us but like those before me said... We are gonna get our guy that we wanted more.

Really? Never would have thought that a composite #1 dual threat QB would visit a school 17mi N of his hometown who happen to be National Champions. That never happens right?
Hope he enjoys it, I hear it's both an awesome campus and FSU coaches are well respected. And then compliments the hell out of them, comparing them to second best behind LSU.
Realistically: I do expect a decommitment. Can't say I like it, I think Franks is awesome and is going to get significantly better over the next year or so. Only real wish is that he doesn't go to another SEC school.

committed players visit other schools all the time....in fact, we host players that are committed elsewhere all of the time and they don't come here. could it mean something? sure...but it may be nothing at all

Oh there's no doubt about that. It's just the qb position is a little bit different in the sense that you are not going to get two 5 Stars that are okay with sharing the qb spot in the same class. Could it happen? Sure but probably wont

What you say is very true. But Franks visit occurs after Shea's offer and his brother being hired. Its pretty obivious that Franks isn't real happy right now. I hope Franks sticks with us, but if he don't then he is Tigerbait. LSU will survive with him or without him.

I wouldn't mind him going elsewhere. We(me and you) know tht Shea is the one Cam wants.
