Evangel has John Thomas a 2013 OL who should end up at lsu and JC has lsu commit Dillon Gordon and also a possible D1 LB in Duke Riley.

No more or less than your average semi-final match-up. As good as these teams are, they are filled with well-coached kids who play fantastic together rather than a few superstars.

Dead on accurate. It's not always about how many great recruits a team has, but how well the team plays together and executes their objectives

It helps when you have been running the spread/veer since 5th grade. Good football teams.

If you want to see D1 recruits, go watch Breaux Bridge play Neville. Tons more athletes involved, but both would probably be underdogs to Curtis.

By the way, Calvary is considerably better IMO than Evangel this year.

No doubt. Down year for Evangel.

I believe Curtis has a 2013 running back named Horton.

Very talented teams on display tonight.

Dillon Gordon will fit very well as a blocking TE at LSU.

Tevin Horton looked like a solid RB tonight, I believe he is TCU bound

Josh Thomas looks the part but was pushed to the limits by JC's Torey Bell tonight.

Tevin Horton is not TCU bound. Contrary to information that was posted about him previously, he does not have family in that area. His recruitment is wide open. There are several schools that he's interested in but he doesn't have one favorite. 2011 youtube highlights link

Peterson made a few plays at the start but don't notice him as the game went on.

Bell gave Thomas all he could handle, with more weight in his frame he will be solid.
