When do the early enrollees have to commit by? Do they have until the last day to sign up for classes?

It's the last day to add a class, but it generally takes some special circumstances for it to go on that long. E.g. a kid is committed elsewhere and the coach leaves, so the kid looks for a new home at the last minute.

No, a chance there will be more than two. From the very article you just linked:

247 shows Brown as an EE.
Went and checked Kelly (OT), Carter (LB/DE), and Adoree (CB)... neither show as EE's, so the "another 1 or 2" is not those. Btw, still majority crystal balls show Carter going to Bama. These guys kill me.
