Who from this current class is scheduled to be here in January?

With the bevy of talent OOS, I'd like to get some of the signatures on the line and in school before Mama has her way

Rettig, Jennings, Pocic, Stokes, LaCouture and potentially Diarse and Leslie.

4 of those can count back

They have four spots that can count towards last years class. Whether its him or one of the other EE's that gets placed in last years class doesn't really matter.

We are gonna be deep and talented at every position next year barring any suspensions, arrests, etc.

How fast the young DL can get up to speed will be key imo

Hawkins is tearing it up in practice. Going to be difficult keeping that big SOB off the field next year.

Four to play four, I believe.

Doesn't matter. He's not redshirting anyways.

Agree about not redshirting, but you never know about injuries down the line. The eligibility clock doesn't start until he's in college, so there shouldn't be any reason for this to be one of his 5.

This is my only reasoning for not being certain about it being four to play four. I forgot what exactly it was, if anything, that is preventing him from being able to have five to play four.

Edit:

The plan at this point is for Johnson to work on making the required score this fall and enroll at LSU in January, when he would have four years to complete his four years of eligibility.

From a column by Rabalais last April. I think he's wrong, though, and you are right. It will be five to play four. LINK
