Do you take back any bad things you said about hiring Coach JJ?

Not sure if this belongs on the rant but its somewhat recruiting related so I'll put it here.
I'll freely admit that I was underwhelmed by the Johnny Jones hire. He had a nice run at UNT but it felt like this was the old guard bringing back one of the good ol boys. Obviously it's to early to judge him on results but the man is doing work on the recruiting path. That's the first step to a great team. I'm thoroughly impressed with the company he's got us in with the recruiting rankings. Here's hoping he coaches em up to some success on the court

the collis/dale/clarence caesar politicking put me off but the staff he assembled and the work they put in recruiting has me excited about the future.

Agreed. Thought it was a very meh hire but I love the staff he put together and he is putting in some serious recruiting work. I am excited about LSU basketball again, which is nice.

Put me in the "Maybe I was wrong" column. Dude's running full out on the recruiting program. And I think I'm going to like his fast paced style of play. Not gonna lie to you.

I didn't really know much about the guy but I liked that he was someone who wanted this job from the start.
When you employ someone who legitimately loves your university good things tend to happen imo.
