Does this give him a little more reason to stay home? I know his mother is ill and that could be a huge factor as well

The win has nothing to do with it

He's probably going to stay close to home, and I don't blame him one bit.

I hope not, we can't afford to lose any defensive line players in this class. We also really need to put the heat on Lorenzo Carter

And 7 spots seemed tough to fill. Now 8?

exactly. mom has cancer, who would blame him if he choose to stay close. although i'd really really like to keep him, he is killing in in the Semper Fi Bowl this week

honestly the rumors about him flipping have been around for months now and I'm starting to feel like he'd have done it already if he was going to.

all i'm saying is the guy has a sick parent which is enough in itself to stay home.. and now the home team beats bama!

I kind of feel the opposite.

I think he really likes LSU and prefers to go to Baton Rouge but as that NSD deadlines gets closer and the reality of leaving home and his mom sink in it will become a very difficult choice.

When the rubber meets the road, if you will. Until then he can continue to think about it.

bumping this because:

A) Clark is playing in the Semper Fi game today
B) OU is turning it on now
C) there was a paid article out yesterday on how firm his commitment was and was hoping someone has cliff notes
