Was just talking about Delmonte with my former baseball coach, who is now a coach at ND. Basically he said he has everything to be a P5 player, except for his speed. Said he just doesn't have SEC/bigger school speed. He loves the kid and has tried to get his name out there but once coaches see him, they all comment on speed. I think he could go somewhere other then NSU, but apparently not the SEC.

His big runs came from gaps that were so big I could have ran through them. He's better than he's given credit for, but he's a little undersized compared to Akers

He was a 4 year starter for me. Legit 6'1 205 right now. He's a grinder. Great pad level. He knows how to read a defense so he can get through the first level and make right cut. Then he understands what it takes to not get caught. We've pushed his name and film allllll over. He'll be successful wherever he lands.

This kid isn't small he has great size, and he is better athlete than most peopleguve credit, I think he can play linebacker on the next level for sure.
