Just watched his tape for the first time, and while he excels at catching the ball, he looks sluggish in and out of breaks on his routes. Also, It doesn't look like he has much speed.
I trust the coaching staff whole-heartedly that this kid is legit and will be worked into a great receiver, but did anyone on here see him play this year? I'd love to hear some positive reviews to reaffirm what, in my head, I already know (that he's legit).
Hopefully this doesn't come off as a flame.

If you can find it go watch how he dominated his 7 on 7. The film doesn't do justice to the work the kid has put in recently, may be the best route runner in this class.

Kid is a grown man at WR. No, he's not a burner, though he does have adequate speed. But he's a physical WR that isn't afraid of going across the middle and getting physical at the point of the catch. Has an attitude out there that I love in a WR, kinda like how Jarvis attitude was here. Just gonna out muscle people for the ball and use his big frame to box out DBs.

Dude is a legit prospect. Touted as one of, with drake davis, the most underrated players of the season.

He's what you call a possession receiver/Redzone receiever. Not a real burner but reliable hands.

My favorite recruit in this class actually. Will be an impact player one day. And hope to see as the next "Jarvis on Special Teams" real soon.

He's legit. Deceptive speed. He's in the mold of Bowe/Clayton. Plenty enough wheels, tough, and can go get it.

Hit the search button. I've seen many posts on the young man on this very board with information from those that have seen him in person, games, camps and know how many big schools covet him. Don't be so lazy

He's not going to have the speed, but I think this guy, in a year, will become a bull of a WR. He'll get up to probably 220lb and he already runs tough. Will be on special teams year one, but man I could see him making a big difference when we get inside the 20 during his second year.
