I wonder though, what does LC think about Satan now. Broken promises would have me steering people away, not to bama if I were in his shoes. Do the players or coaches that Saban has screwed over ever voice their realizations/opinions... even privately?

Would be funny if someone really interviews some of these people and exposed it.

LC's mom did. Would have to find it, but there was a fairly recent article about GWIII's recruitment and she listed broken promises from Saban to LC as one of the reasons why Gerald isn't even considering Bama.

If someone's gonna reply to a recruit as an LSU fan, this is the way one should conduct his or herself. Never cut down a potential recruit and fly the LSU banner. I think we all know where the kid is going and this guy just let it be known that it isn't right to troll the home team without disrespecting him. With LC, fans didn't need to say anything, because our committed players at the time let him know. If I recall correctly Lamar Louis said something to the effect of he hopes coach Frank gives him a carry so he can run LC the f#%k over. Our fans should conduct themselves in a more honorable and mature way.

. At Justin's behest, Willis' recruiters are pushing school first and a GUARANTEED starting spot as a close second.

How can any big time school, especially LSU or bama guarantee(with sincerity) a starting spot to a kid as a true freshman? Yes, I know LF is different. We set it up to where he can come in with basically no competition.(Not saying that he wouldn't start no matter the situation) However, our D-line is always loaded and I think there's more of a learning(and conditioning) curve to start on a D-line as opposed to Tailback.

Landon Collins had people thinking he was coming to LSU too on purpose.

You think maybe LC is advising crob on his way of keeping everyone interested.

At this point I don't really give a sh*t either way.

Cameron Robinson is a game player just like LC in my book.

I haven't thought of CRob as this way. It seems like it MAY be true with the benefit of hindsight now. We'll know more Wed.

IF he chooses Bama and IF indeed Shows forced/urged/cajoled him into going ahead and committing then he was actively looking to hurt LSU.

On the flip side, I've always thought that there is also no way CRob is trolling the Gumps this hard (IF he was to pick LSU). Just didn't seem to be his style.

One way or the other, somebody is/was getting played. If you think about it. Considering the transfer from Ouachita to WM into the waiting arms of Guice... to me it seems obvious.

Boy some of you guys are sad!! I personally think he's playn with all the worried so called LSU fans! This guy isn't blind to the fact that LSU is coming up and FAST, all this talk about our OL is bull!!! They looked excellent to me and look how young they are!!! Hawkins is a BEAST and no one recruited him except miles really! Our coaching staff is GREAT and SET now that Cam is here! I'm not worried one bit, Les Miles is 4 times the coach that Saban is and this will come to light very soon! He's a patient guy that's all! He waited for the perfect oppertunity to grab an OC that will come to LSU for the long hall, and one he trusts to make the right calls in a professional manner! I said this 2 weeks ago and I'm certain of it now..... LSU will beat bama this year and I don't think it will be much of a game!!!! 35-17 mayb worse! Their secondary has holes, their run Def is good but not good enough to hold Hill and Mett back, not with this offense! Their OL took a huge hit and LSU will expose it!!! If they get Cam R good because they will need him BUT at the end of the day if Cam R doesn't see the enormous opportunity he has at his home school, well then mayb he should move to bama and retire there! But if he wants to stay in LA and play for the home team, he will have what ever he wants when he's done including a couple championship rings!!!! Not saying he couldn't move back to LA and get a good job in LA once he's done BUT it would just be that much better if he stayed! All in all he's a smart guy and I think he will make the smart decision and put that Purple and Gold hate on Wednesday!!! If not good luck to you buddy and

That Bama game probably sealed the deal for the Gumps. CR probably thinks he can come right in and win a starting job now.

I love ol' Les but truth is Mike Sherman at A&M was the first major school to get after Hawkins and sort of expedited the process of LSU offering. That's about as far as I got in reading your post due to the wall of text.

He knows he'll be starting wherever he goes. Bama's big selling point was coaching linemen up for the NFL, and Saturday didn't do anything to reinforce that. LSU's line looked better prepared than Bama's.

I doubt he sees it that way. He could just think they're not as individually talented as the last group they had.

For all we know, the game may have had no influence on his decision at all. My main point is that some recruits see a struggling unit and it only reinforces their desire to go there so that they can stand out. Still think he's a Bama lock.

I just can't help but think that bama's dynasty will start going on a downswing regardless of the talent level. It happens. Even Saban will get tired of the process and the details will start slipping.

Florida state and others get just as good of classes but the mojo Is just gone. I say if they win it this year, it's going to be a while before they win it again.

Meanwhile, we are on the up swing.

Also, I would suspect that some bad shite will come out eventually. People are already talking. Been talking. If they win again, someone will get pissed enough to dig for a story. That place is crawling with skeletons.

Has absolutely nothing to do with how far Hawkins has progressed in such a short amount of time. He was the most raw player not even a year ago. Yet last Saturday he didn't give up a sack, nor pressure. He was a beast in pass blocking and was wrecking people overall.

Most of that is coaching. They helped Hawkins learn the position in a pretty short amount of time. Same goes for Alexander and Turner. They've done a great job getting the O line ready. Could easily be one of the best in college football this season and even next year since Collins is the only likely to go pro
