I don't think it is a can't issue whether they extend a kid an offer it is a want issue. He is only a junior and only other offer is from Southern Miss. Still plenty of evaluating left.

Cameron already offered Narcisse and Thompson although I don't think Thompson's that much better than Curry.

Very interesting. Clemson is a good recruiting school. By that I mean they have pulled in a lot of top 10 and top 15 classes recently. Get somebody out there to watch this kid in the spring! We can't let all of our instate QBs leave

Evangel brings up the immediate red flag to me

I've watched Curry since middle school. He has one of the worst throwing motions possible. If he hasn't gotten rid of that motion by now, he probably won't. In my opinion, he has digressed in the last few years. That Clemson offer came several years ago. I doubt it's still a commitable one. He's a good kid, but not a big time college QB.

Said before, ya don't want Connor at LSU. I can promise you Clemson offering him is them trying to get their program into Louisiana recruiting wise. I live about 10 minutes from Evangel, seen him play many times.....Ya don't want him at LSU. He's a good kid and I wish him the very best but he's not what we need.

Love the fact that both Louisiana qbs that have been offered according to Calpreps.com have single digit strength of schedule or - #, pretty easy to look good[link=(.
