Recruits want to feel wanted, big time.. if you can't meet the needs of the recruit and don't communicate with them, as much as they wished you did, they won't feel you're "showing love"..it's just another way to say, " I want coaches to want me" which I do understand...but shite gets ridiculous alot of the time.
