Bama spends twice as much as LSU on recruiting.

Why should LSU have to spend a ridiculous amount of money on recruiting?

Both, but he has serious interest for LSU. He's one who could be a signing day surprise. It won't be easy to get him out of Texas, but it's possible.

the only true statement in there is it won't be easy to get him out of Texas. it's not possible. he's not coming to LSU. he's not going to tcu. he's going to A&M. he won't be a signing day surprise unless a&m has a death penalty for 5 years.

Because the players win the games. It's not a coincidence Bama spends tons, reels in top classes every year, and wins 3 out of 4.

The kid seems to be enamored with Bama and has been for a while.
Just as certain people are drawn to certain things in life theres not much you can do to change that.

Don't know the kid or the family, but from what I have read both from the media and from message boards "I realize you can't believe everything you read" this kid has grown up a Tiger fan along with his family so those are supposed to be the kids that are tough to wrangle away from us.

So now because LSU will probably miss out on a recruit they are now going to lose 3 straight games to Bama and head into a downward spiral because of 1 recruit?
I mean look at the statements some of you are making, they are beyond stupid.
The kid hasnt even stepped on the field yet and he has doomed LSU?
Take a step back.......

I have never said that, matter of fact I have been very clear;

Whether CRob chooses LSU or not LSU will continue to win football games and will continue to be a winning football program.

But from all the projections from the experts he looks to be a great one and missing out on him, especially because he is a left tackle, and I think he would make us a better football team. So being a native Louisiana boy that hurts and going to Bama well that really makes it sting. But this is not just one player from LA it is the top player in the state "LF and CR should be 1a & 1b" and then the #14 player in the state plus a DT from the state and who thinks Satan is done with just those 3 if he gets CRob. Not to mention the #1 player in the state 2 years ago and oh by the way another 9 top ranked "in the top 125" national recruits from LA in the past 5 years. There is not another program that can boast that and but seeing that they are our hated rival along with our competition year in year out to win the West and the SEC, I personally see a trend here that is a problem.

Satan has always said the Louisiana's high school football talent is off the charts, unfortunately he is making it is priority to raid it also.

Wow you're dumb

Ok, then expound on it. What ethics of Satan's that has been called into question? Please don't say he runs kids that are not productive, they all do that. He just is more callus about it. If that is ethics than every coach "including Miles" is guilty of it.

Without a doubt I think you can correlate their winning 3 of the last 4 Crystal balls with the top ranked recruiting classes they continue to bring in year in year out. Anyone that doesn't think that, they are an idiot. Whether it is because Bama spends more than most, that is up for debate but obviously whatever they are doing is working. Proof is in the BCS championships.

A mulligan, and teams losing in front had more to do with that 3/4...

We might be way down since aTm is the heavy leader, but it wouldn't be too shocking. Bower was all Auburn for most of the year.

I disagree. There are rules that had to be changed because of him. He lives in the gray areas of the rule book. He gives the benefits to those close to the recruit, careful that its not a family member or coach because that would be a violation. Paying anyone, either with a job, cash or vehicle IS unethical.

Well if that is his twitter account and he did post that and on Weds he picks the gumps, then we know what kind of character he has and then you can start bashing him. But until then give him the benefit of the doubt. What is the harm?

auburn had a coaching change, investigation, and uncertainty. none of those a&m will have. not even close to the same situation as Myles & A&M.

There is something called ethics, Saban doesn't have any, and eventually he will pay the price.

Doubt it. Saban has SEC Office in his back pocket. If you don't believe it look at Bama's SEC schedule.
