So you're gonna do what you couldn't do last year, with less talent and a lesser coach... Um k

lol less talent? How? Did you not read my other post? Obviously it's gonna be a lesser coach when replacing a Top 2 coach in all of college basketball, still doesn't mean we can't go out and get someone good. Billy made this job attractive on numerous levels where we don't have to have somebody like Johnny Jones coaching our team.

Billy put Florida on the map in basketball. It's going to be a huge drop-off the first year, regardless of who you replace him with.

again, I realize that as I just stated. But that doesn't mean we can't get someone good.

You are going to need more than just a good coach to finish better than LSU next season. I honestly can't believe that you are that oblivious to what is happening.

I'm not saying they weren't head cases, but less talent is still what it is, less talent. I don't see BD going anywhere if he had so much talent coming back. I thought earlier this year that it was simply him getting a bad batch of head cases recruits and things haven't drastically improved imo. How much more talent will leave if he does indeed leave for okc?

You clearly know little about your basketball team, or ours. We have a 14 ppg guy coming back, as well as someone who got triple doubles last year. Yea, you may be happy with some of those guys who are leaving, but what exactly are you replacing them with? You had a walk on playing this year...I will make any bet in the world we will be considerably better than y'all.

Oh, and hate on CJJ all you want, but 2-0 last year vs UF.

where are you getting headcases from? No one on this team was a headcase. And the only reason Billy is leaving is because he has always wanted to coach in the league. This decision has NOTHING to do with talent. Next years team will be better anyway. As for who would leave, I can't answer that.

Go back and read my first post, I'm not writing all that again. Also I clearly know more about my team then you know about yours.

Congrats, where did that get you? Still doesn't make him a good coach.

BD is good, but definitely not top 2, not even top 5. you could say top 10.

What's with all the Johnny Jones hate? He went 2-0 last year against yall's "top 2 coaches in all of basketball". He also inherited a god awful team and has recruited his arse off and improved every year. Every program has to start somewhere just like Billy put yall on the map and recruited elite talent. I'm not saying Jones is the coach BD is, but in basketball elite recruits can make a average coach look great...cough cough coach Cal.

The same Johnny Jones who's improved our record every year and handed Florida its biggest arse whooping at home in 5 years?

Just wait until we have depth next season. that "idiot" is going to (once again) beat Florida.

Just like people are starting to realize Bielema is a damn good coach after all those roastings, we'll see the same with Jones

yep, can't argue that.

They can, absolutely but its all about perception. Perception from refs for example. Favorable calls and such. LSU is not in that same perception as a Kentucky.

I mean I know we need to add post depth, but we have a 5 star transfer and a highly recruited 4 star 7 footer who was injured but still very raw last year. We also have a talented undersized forward. I mean we have a lot of unproven players who we hope will improve. That is pretty much all UF will have, unproven players. We have great guards though, and I believe will add another big. I'm not screaming we have a final four team, but we'll be better then UF.
