Best kept QB secret in Ga

Justin Walker. 2130 yds 30 td's 9 int 65% with lots of drops.Very accurate and good velocity. Thru 7 games(only played 1st half of three blowouts). Highest scoring team in Ga. Are these good D1 numbers? He has had contact with Tenn, Miss St, Ky, Ga St, Mid Tenn, W GA. Smart kid. Considering LSU's QB quagmire, is he worth a look?
